I had a little giggle when I unboxed our scrumptious parcel of NOIA chocolate bars. We had been gifted a block of dark raspberry chocolate. I love raspberries, and their flavour, but their little seeds sit in the grooves of my teeth and drive me nuts, so this was the one flavour I decided not to buy. One afternoon I decided to make some lovely little chocolate pots with the bar of dark raspberry chocolate and the aroma was absolutely beautiful when I opened it. I also noticed I couldn't see any seeds or bits of raspberry, it just looked like a block of dark chocolate apart from it's enticing aroma, I could not see any difference. So being the chocolate lover and flavour lover I am I couldn't resist a taste. I bit a tiny corner off a square and this chocolate was so smoothe, yet so full of raspberry delight upon my palette that I thought maybe I was just lucky and didn't get any seeds in that tiny nibble. So I nibbled a little more, and then a little bit more until I'd eated the entire square, (they are decent squares too which I also enjoy!) and no seeds!!! No bits got stuck in my teeth, I was just left with the most beautiful mouth feel and flavour upon my palette. Yuuuum! So this raspberry chocolate actually surpassed my expectations of another block of which I thought would be my favourite, hehheeheee!!! So we will definitely be buying raspberry dark chocolate from the NOIA range next time we order. We all really really loved it! Can I just say, this is the best healthy vegan chocolate I have ever tasted! I am not kidding. I can't eat dairy and had kind of given up on decent tasting chocolate until I tried Noia. I thoroughly enjoyed each flavour, especially the milk and raspberry. Even the dark was so smooth and yummy and I don't usually like plain dark chocolate so I am impressed. Their customer service is also top notch and they go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend you try their Chocolate and support this amazing Aussie family small business <3
