Collab Terms

1. Program Overview 
We invite creators, influencers, and brand partners to earn commission by sharing and promoting our clean chocolate products. This Agreement governs your participation in our program. 

2. Commissions & Payments 
You'll receive a commission of 10% per referred sale using your unique affiliate link. Commissions are paid monthly. Tracking is handled via Shopify Collabs. 

3. Promotion Guidelines
We ask that you promote our brand truthfully and respectfully.
Please: Be honest and transparent in all content 
-Do not use spammy, misleading, or unethical tactics
-Avoid placing links on coupon or discount code sites (unless authorized)
-We reserve the right to revoke access if guidelines are violated. 

4. Termination Clause 
Either party may cancel this agreement at any time for any reason, with or without notice. If terminated, we'll pay out any remaining eligible commissions within [30 days]. Your affiliate link will be deactivated upon termination. 

5. Independent Contractor You agree you're acting as an independent contractor — not an employee, agent, or partner of our company. You're responsible for your own taxes and disclosures. 

6. Modification We may update this Agreement at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through the affiliate portal.
